Alexander Webb is a producer, mixer, recording specialist, and composer based in Southwest Florida. He holds a Master of Music in Music Production from Berklee College of Music, where he was recognized with the Slate Digital Award for Excellence in Music Production.
Webb serves as Coordinator of Music Technology at Florida Gulf Coast University's Bower School of Music & the Arts, where he oversees advanced recording and streaming systems, leads projects in contemporary ensemble capture and hybrid production workflows, and teaches courses on the application of technology in music.
His early career included national touring as a solo artist, appearing as an opening act for Andy Grammer, Yael Naim, Granger Smith, MercyMe, Tenth Avenue North, Reeve Carney, and Australia's Got Talent winner Joe Robinson. That firsthand experience as a performing artist continues to inform his artist-centered approach in the studio.
His production work operates through Studio 516, integrating a private analog-digital production environment with professional recording and performance facilities at FGCU. Webb provides recording, mixing, mastering, remote recording, filming, livestream capture, and consultation in audio, video, and streaming system design for artists, ensembles, and media projects. His original compositions have also been featured in television programming on MTV, Bravo, Oxygen, and Discovery Channel.
